This LISREL 9 Subscription license is offered as part of SSI's Legacy Software Support Program.  It offers equivalent functionality as your current LISREL 9 Perpetual licensed program and comes with 1 user license and 1 install.

As a commitment to support our customers in a rapidly changing IT environment, the LISREL legacy software support program is only available as a complimentary benefit that SSI currently offers to customers who hold perpetual and active rental LISREL 9 licenses. Inactive LISREL 9 rental licenses are not eligible for this benefit.
